Instructor
Rachel Weinberg
Rachel’s journey into yoga began with a fascination for the way the human body moves and breathes. Beyond the physical, she was drawn to the stillnes, the quiet refuge yoga offers in a world that rarely pauses. Years of exploring books and classes across the U.S. eventually led her to teachers who helped her deepen her practice in ways she hadn’t imagined. She completed the Advanced Studies Teacher Training Program, and with that inspiration, began exploring how yoga could nurture the physical body while reminding us of the steady, unshakable essence at the heart of who we are.
Blending her passion for yoga with her work as a gifted massage therapist, Rachel traveled to Chiang Mai, Thailand, to earn her certification as an advanced practitioner and teacher of Thai Yoga Massage from the International School of Thai Massage.
In 2010, pregnancy transformed her relationship with yoga. The experience of carrying, birthing, and caring for her daughter brought new depth to her understanding of the body and its natural cycles. Inspired by this transition, Rachel specialized in prenatal and “Mom & Baby” yoga for several years. Over time, she came to see how every stage of life, whether joyous, challenging, or somewhere in between, invites us to shift, adapt, and discover new ways to replenish ourselves. From this wisdom grew her deeply nurturing method of restorative yoga, Ultimate Restorative Yoga, a practice designed to soothe the nervous system and support overall well-being.
Today, Rachel teaches with a strong emphasis on alignment, breath, and intelligent movement. Her classes offer a space to open the body, soften the heart, and cultivate authentic connection. Drawing from her massage therapy background, she gently guides students into the subtle, internal layers of their practice where true connection begins.
