Prenatal Yoga is a gentle, modified practice designed specifically for expectant mothers, offering a safe and supportive environment to prepare the body and mind for childbirth. This class focuses on gentle stretches, breathing techniques, and mental centering to help you stay calm, strong, and connected during pregnancy. Using the yoga wall, you’ll experience the benefits of gravity and traction to create space in your body, relieve tension in the back and spine, and promote alignment all while ensuring safety for both Mom and Baby. The wall supports deeper stretches and provides extra stability, allowing you to deepen your practice with confidence.
This class is designed to help you build strength, improve flexibility, and alleviate common pregnancy discomforts, while fostering a sense of balance and mindfulness. It's a nurturing space where you can honor both your physical and emotional well-being throughout your pregnancy.
In this class you will:
Alleviate Discomfort
Gently stretch and release tension in the hips, lower back, and shoulders, common areas of discomfort during pregnancy
Improve Posture
Use the wall to align your body and relieve strain on the back, helping you maintain healthy posture throughout pregnancy
Progressive Support
Modify poses to safely accommodate each stage of pregnancy, offering a supportive environment no matter where you are in your journey

Build strength in your pelvic floor, legs, and core to support labor and postpartum recovery
